Look What I Made currently ships physical products within the United States. If your destination is outside the United States, please contact support before ordering.

Standard shipping is a flat $7.99per order. This is a standard shipping charge for United States delivery — not a postage reimbursement, and not a promise that the charge always equals the carrier's exact postage cost for every package.

Personalized Keychain orders that contain only keychains ship free. Smile in a Box orders that contain only Smile in a Box, or only Smile in a Box and Personalized Keychain items, also ship free. Mixed carts that include any other product use standard shipping.

Shipping is calculated and confirmed at checkout. Product prices on the site are shown in USD.

Products are made to order. Production time varies by product, customization, printer availability, and order volume. We do not promise a delivery date that the app cannot guarantee.

Carrier transit time begins after your order ships. Status updates are provided as the order moves through production and shipping.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address changes are only guaranteed before shipment. After an order ships, address changes depend on the carrier and may not be possible.

Carrier delays are outside Look What I Made's direct control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support promptly so we can help. Include your order number and, when relevant, photos of damage or packaging.
